Various improvements to plugin metadata
...
- Add plugin (display) name and plugin URL
- Make everything except plugin ID optional (instead of empty string)
- Exclude empty properties from generated velocity-plugin.json
- Make plugin author list immutable
- Other (minor) cleanup and refactoring
