Updated Upstream (Bukkit/CraftBukkit) (#10379)
Updated Upstream (Bukkit/CraftBukkit)

Upstream has released updates that appear to apply and compile correctly.
This update has not been tested by PaperMC and as with ANY update, please do your own testing

Subject: [PATCH] Additional world.getNearbyEntities API's
Provides more methods to get nearby entities, and filter by types and predicates
