Updated Upstream (Bukkit/CraftBukkit/Spigot) (#6539)
Upstream has released updates that appear to apply and compile correctly.
This update has not been tested by PaperMC and as with ANY update, please do your own testing

Subject: [PATCH] Optimize NibbleArray to use pooled buffers
Massively reduces memory allocation of 2048 byte buffers by using
an object pool for these.
Uses lots of advanced new capabilities of the Paper codebase :)
