Updated Upstream (Bukkit/CraftBukkit) (#10034)
Upstream has released updates that appear to apply and compile correctly.
This update has not been tested by PaperMC and as with ANY update, please do your own testing

Subject: [PATCH] Fix Concurrency issue in ShufflingList
if multiple threads from worldgen sort at same time, it will crash.
So make a copy of the list for sorting purposes.
