Upstream has released updates that appear to apply and compile correctly.
This update has not been tested by PaperMC and as with ANY update, please do your own testing

Don't expose ASM in API ( #6229 )

ASM was not meant to exposed to API consumers in the first place, and for the duration of time it has been exposed, it has also been relocated.
