[Auto] Updated Upstream (CraftBukkit)
Upstream has released updates that appear to apply and compile correctly.
This update has not been tested by PaperMC and as with ANY update, please do your own testing

Subject: [PATCH] Lag compensate eating
When the server is lagging, players will wait longer when eating.
Change to also use a time check instead if it passes.
