6a3b096fb8 Addition of all Entity classes.
Each Entity creates a corresponding instance of a Craft Entity, to be
used whenever sending instances to an event handler with
getBukkitEntity().

5209e17e1b Adding all Entities into CraftBukkit.
These are needed to properly allow for determining class type, in
accordance with current practice.
