Updated Upstream (Bukkit/CraftBukkit) (#8270)
Upstream has released updates that appear to apply and compile correctly.
This update has not been tested by PaperMC and as with ANY update, please do your own testing

Subject: [PATCH] Fix upstream javadocs
Upstream still refuses to use Java 8 with the API so they are likely unaware these are even issues.
