Updated Upstream (CraftBukkit/Spigot) (#4318)
Upstream has released updates that appears to apply and compile correctly.
This update has not been tested by PaperMC and as with ANY update, please do your own testing

Subject: [PATCH] Handle Large Packets disconnecting client
If a players inventory is too big to send in a single packet,
split the inventory set into multiple packets instead.
