Updated Upstream (Bukkit/CraftBukkit/Spigot) (#11561)
Updated Upstream (Bukkit/CraftBukkit/Spigot)

Upstream has released updates that appear to apply and compile correctly.
This update has not been tested by PaperMC and as with ANY update, please do your own testing
