Upstream has released updates that appear to apply and compile correctly. This update has not been tested by PaperMC and as with ANY update, please do your own testing Bukkit Changes: 19b7b7bd #561: Add clear weather World API 5929c808 #552: Add the ability to retrieve hit, step, fall, and other sounds from blocks.
