BlockState values can now be switched at runtime
E.G. Blocks.PISTON_HEAD.defaultBlockState().withValue(FACING, Direction.SOUTH)

Some of the inspiration may be thanks to FerriteCore, at least with the shared property keys idea, so thank you to them.
