* Initial work on Forge platform

- set custom refmap name
- fixed console commands crashing the server (hasPermission now accepts CommandSourceStack instead of Player)
- Forge wants fastutil relocated, so be it

Current issues:
- ClassNotFound exceptions with classes that are clearly present

- Dont relocate gson
